Judes Armstrong’s action shot of an impala at the waterhole was selected by judge Robbie Aspeling as his favourite image of the evening. Judes is a three star worker and has performed consistently with her images this year. But Impulsive Impala was a notch above the rest. It scored 28.
The senior image was Kogelbaai Blues by Carina de Klerk. Hestie das Neves received a merit award for her image Equine Beauty which was the winner of the set subject: An equine subject.
The club celebrated a good year of club photography closing the year on a high note. The next meeting will be on 7 February 2024.
